Unreal 10.20.06.:.11:45am

Yesterday was a bit interesting. Dan came over and brought a great bottle of whiskey over. As we drank he was schooling me at chess; which almost never happens. Later we stepped out for some air and was greeted by my neighbor Bryan. He hung out with us for a bit with some Link 2004 golf. I was surprised that he could pick the game up so easily. For the rest of the night we played some games involving a ping pong ball and many plastic cups for a few hours until we got hungry.
In an idiot stupor with empty stomachs Bryan and I stumbled down to OSU's taco place which was closed. This was the only place extremely close and it was raining but despite that we decided to walk 7 streets down to a Taco Bell. We must have passed 20 authority figures in the process but we kept our cool. The night ended with me crashing at his place which I feel upset Jessica :-\
In other news I am finding alot of interesting bugs in my new apartment. Here a some pictures: bug1 bug2 I sent the pictures to my Grandfather since he owns Critter Ridders and so far he has only evaluated the first one with:

Hey Nick,
Good Image thanks,
That bug is the boxelder bug.
I have 2 pieces of information about that little critter. For the most part they are just a nuisance. They pose no health hazards and they do not bite. However, they can be a real pain if their numbers are large. This is the time of the year they are seen indoors. Here is some info at my site but your image is better

Hopefully the other one isn't too bad but for now I'll just kill em as I see em.

 Busybody 10.18.06.:.12:46am

It's been alot of running back and forth to school and working here doing web design. Soon I'll be putting up a business section explaining my services and such. Hopefully I'll have enough time to do that this weekend since the extra cash would be nice. I am going to a OSU football game finally which is nice. I'm "into" football as much as I am hockey but I think it will be a good experience. Also I feel I should before I move since I live not more than 2 miles from the stadium.
School is sofa king fun! The homework load is just now starting to weigh on me and it sucks. I did not miss going to school this bad did I? It just seems pointless to read a 15 page essay and then give a 3 sentence summary on it. I need to learn to attune my bullshitting abilities again.
Timothy Carter has asked me to put some parts together on paper for him to see how much building a peecee would be for him. Instead of giving him a confusing list I just made a webpage really quick. You can view it here. Fine affordable machine thus far. All he needs to do now is pick out a case and get the peripherals together but we have loads of those laying around so that'd be no problem.

 Wtf windoze?! 10.14.06.:.10:09pm

I haven't updated much since my port was blocked by my "free internet" service my new apartment runs. Apparently they did not like me uploading loads of junk on my server. This means I couldn't access my server via ftp or check my email...
Things were not looking up either. My car was broken into, just look at this and bask in the glory of it not being your car..

 Fixed Mechanics 10.4.06.:.11:22pm

Last night I got the urge to fix my PS2 after years of not working. I took pics and made a guide for others that shared the same problems here.

 Back on the horse 10.3.06.:.8:27pm

A intentional lack of updates? What is this talk? I call it hype since everyone knows that college does take some time away from blogging and such. Lately I have been trying to recover from the lack of time. I just moved into my new apartment with Jessica. It has been great except for the fact that we have no time to unpack...
My classes have been great. My math prof. is boring but the rest are crazy. My english prof. is a raging alcoholic and seems to be stoned everyday we have class. My psychology teacher is great and talks during most of our class. Great thing about that class is that there are no tests instead there are group projects. w00t w00t! My freshman seminar class meets once a week and lasts 2 hours, at least it is suppose to. So far the class will not go on more than 15 minutes before she asks us what we want to talk about. Usually she receives blank stares and then we depart. She's jawsome though being that she is a neuro science major and is still in school. I feel that makes her able to give us a great perspective on college life and what not to do.
Jessica and I decided that we should get a pet. We tossed around the idea of fish and decided that they would be too boring. Then we thought about frogs and/or lizards and decided that the maintenance wouldn't be worth it at the moment. So eventually we bought 4 male mice. At first they were great until one starting to have secks with another. We put him in a smaller cage to cool off and checked the other to see if it was a male. Sure enough it was so we decided to take the gay bully mouse back to the store and got another. Now they are very happy and energetic. Later I'll do some memory tests on them and I can't wait!
